Privacy notice
Open Global Mobility is an early validation initiative. This notice explains what we collect through this website and how it is used.
What we collect
We collect only the information you choose to submit through the Early Access form or the Founding Provider application: your name, work email, organisation, role, and the answers you give about mobility volumes, services, markets and interest in taking part in a conversation. We do not ask for information about relocating employees, and you should not submit any.
Why we use it
We use your submission to understand demand for a common mobility interface, to assess Founding Provider applications, and to contact you about early validation and early access. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Legal basis
We rely on your consent, given when you tick the consent box on the form, and on our legitimate interest in evaluating and developing this initiative with the organisations that would use it.
Technical information
To protect the forms from automated abuse, our servers process a one-way hashed representation of the network address a submission came from. This is used solely for rate limiting and is not used to identify you or build a profile.
Storage and retention
Submissions are stored in a managed, access-controlled database and are kept only while they remain relevant to this validation phase. We delete records once they are no longer needed, or earlier on request.
Sharing
We do not share your submission with other participants, providers or employers. We use a small number of infrastructure providers to host the website and database, acting on our instructions.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Contact privacy@openglobalmobility.com and we will action the request.
Changes
As this initiative develops, this notice may be updated. Material changes affecting how we use existing submissions will be communicated to the contacts affected.
